Electrical Installation Condition Reports, also referred to as EICRs, are a requirement for insurance providers which in turn makes up to date electrical installation condition reports a legal requirement. 

EICRs are typically required by building owners, developers and landlords for insurance purposes.

In order for us to provide our most competitive quote in a timely manner it’s important we get some crucial information. We need to know how many single phase and three phase circuits are at each and every board. We will also need clear photos of each board opened so that the labeling of each circuit can be seen whether it’s blank or not.

What is an EICR?

An Electrical Installation Condition Report is comprised of fixed wire testing; the internal inspection of all aspects of your electrical distribution system to ensure optimum safety.

We test and demonstrate the safety of your electrical installation by injecting test voltages of which allows us to measure and document the true functionality of the installations cables and connections.
